In this paper, I describe the importance of DACA program to the immigrants through visual presentation. I selected the images since they both describe the importance of DACA program and how it impacts the lives of immigrants. The first image below describes the number of the students who graduate from high school and are in great need of college education.

The image shows that there are a large number of undocumented students completing high school in the US. However, due to poor living standards of the immigrants, the students require federal assistance to complete their college education. Regardless of few numbers joining the college, the tuition fee is high as indicated on the weight balance (The Daily Texan). The federal assistance would subsidize the tuition fees to ensure most of the immigrant students complete their higher education.

The image gives a description of who and how to apply for the DACA. The program aims at assisting immigrants who are below 30 years of age or those who arrived in the US before the age of 16 years (Gonzales). I selected the image because it is appealing, with the orange color as well as texts that are helpful to the immigrants who do not understand the DACA requirement.
Effects of ending DACA. Source: (Gonzales)
I selected the image to describe the effects of DACA on the US economy. From the above image, DACA creates employment opportunities for about 645,145 recipients. The termination of the program would result in over $3.4 billion turnovers and 26.4 billion reductions in social security and Medicare. Access of DACA students to federal assistance is helpful not only to the welfare of individual student and family but also to the overall US economy (Gonzales). The Images presented indicates that all relevant stakeholders should support DACA program and ensure that the immigrants get federal college assistance.
