This memo is to show why I ended up revising this document, what led me into it and to explain why I am submitting it. When I first took a look at this document, it seemed boring to read and leave alone analyzing it, but then again I thought of what I could do to make it less boring and more appealing to anyone else who would come across it. I did rectify the grammar, style and design and even went ahead to describe clearly who the targeted audience for this document was.
This document may not have been as bad as it seems to be now, but it just had to be re-designed and a few corrections were made during this process. For the newly revised document, I included a header and a footer which was not present in the original design, this is to make the document more appealing to the reader. I used the Sam Houston State University branded logo in the footer and this made a difference to the document by providing a location on where the hotel was. I also changed the grammatical setting of the original document and deleted most of the repeated words. For the font style and size, I downloaded the Corel font style and used a font size 11 which made the document look presentable and I found that it suited best this type of document.
Generally, the original document could not meet the standards dues to the many mistakes and errors encountered, but after analyzing it thoroughly and correcting where there needed to be, I have come up with a clear document that meets all standards and hopefully, this new version will be easier for the reader to understand.
