There is freedom of movement as well as that of association. The privileges, together with security forces legal restraints make it easy for another nation to plan the terror attack. The terrorist takes advantage of a given country's openness and plans and execute their offense.
Additionally, the susceptibility, publicity and mobility nature of the democratic government creates a room for attack. The above exposure is created majorly by the leader elected who prefers publicity (Weaver, 2016). The much vulnerability of the country may lead to terrorist strategically influencing their attacks. Similarly, the attackers take advantages of the free press the nation may have primarily associated with the leaders. Finally, associating with a terror attack in a democratic country is the electoral competitions as well as the country's design. The incidences of votes of given nations make it vulnerable to be the victim of a terror attack. The terrorists may take as a point of weakness when there are high levels of competitions.
