Planning the occasional barbeques. The project is an idea for conducting sporadic barbecues (this is the first) to provide the "work family" with some extra money when there is a tragedy within their out-of-work families. First off, there is no impact whatsoever on corporate affairs or manufacturing. We will be doing this for the first time, hence it is considered a project. Currently, the irregular employee barbeque will take place once every three months, but this frequency might rise if necessary. Additionally, the barbecue's performance after the trial run will determine if the enterprise is successful or unsuccessful and the amount of money that will be allocated to the employee as they see fit.
Schedule
Each family will be assigned a certain task according to their family member’s age. The project committee will determine the tasks required during the barbeques and the workers or their families who will do them. The management will further align the work to be done with the established leaders CAMs).

Resources
There are 50 employees; each employee has an average of 4 family members. A rough estimation of the budget shows that each family is willing to spend $5 per person and contribute $5 for any family which will have a tragedy. Therefore each family is estimated to contribute $40 per occasional barbeque which makes it $2000 for the first occasion. $1000 will be saved for any family which may have a tragedy while $1000 will be used for the barbeque. There will also be guests. In addition, there will be a barbeque fundraiser which will be attended by the company officials with the chief guest being the company’s manager. The workers will enter the barbeque venue with a fee of $5 per person while the chief guest will get a ticket worth $100 and other dignitaries who are around 20 will enter the venue with a ticket worth $50. This makes the total amount to $1100 which will be contributed by the guests and the chief guest. Therefore, the first barbeque occasion will make around $1000 for the barbeque event and $2100 for any tragedy victim.

Risk
During the barbeque occasion, there are several possible risks that may arise which will lead to a change of plan or a possible increase in the cost. These risks include:
Low ‘work families’ turnout which may affect the budget that has been estimated,
Unfavorable weather; the barbeque is planned to be held on the open, in case there is unfavorable conditions, there will be cost addition as a tent will be needed.
Being the first occasional there may be an underestimation of the budget which may result to the use of the profit and funds meant for tragedy victims
Lack of enough resources to be used during the barbeque and members might be required to come to the occasion with tables, roasting materials, cutlery among others.
