I am motivated when writing this application because my dream is almost coming true in a few months if I will be considered to pursue my preferred degree. I have desired for a long time the chance to be part of the degree from Cornell's Robert Frederick Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (CBE) because I believe that the opportunity will enable me to advance professionally into key a key member in the formulation of bimolecular and chemical solutions in varied institutions. I am anticipating that the college will be a place where I will acquire broad-based engineering education and Cornell Engineering program will effectively enable me to achieve my goals. Through the program, I know that I will be prepared for diverse range of careers in the world that is characterised by speedily changing technology. In the contemporary world, changes in technology and operations in industries require expertise that can adopt changes in engineering projects for enhanced quality and sustainability. I desire to work in the research labs, research hospital or other academic institutions where intensive research is done.
The most significant encouragement in making this application is that the university provides me with the opportunity to develop what I have nurtured for a long time. I am a social person with an excellent ability to network with others, a talent that has earned me various leadership positions both inside and out of the classroom. I desire to use the opportunity to engage with the diverse population offered by the institution to be part of the academic family that will further advance the accord and the vision for the Smith School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. When I was in high school, I was awarded the best team leader after our team managed to beat all other competitors in pod casting and communication. It follows that have long been associated with scientific imagination and inspiration that I believe are the stepping stones to my enrolment in the institution. I, therefore, I feel that my dream is valid because I am certain that I will thrive in a multicultural academic setting given the history of unifying people that I am proud of.
I pride myself on the hard work I have shown over the years, and I think that it is a timely opportunity that has comes as a well-deserved chance. I have consistently been a top student in my academics and been a darling to my teachers, fellow students, and my parents because I would exceed their expectation when I was expected to believe in an ethical manner or when my intellect was put into question. I believe that the highly demanding profession of CBE requires students with the ability to perform highly to exceed expectations because of the strong analytic background skills that are expected of its graduates. I have gained enough exposure and earned quality experience in the field and related careers in chemical engineer that have further enabled me to streamline the diverse field of chemistry towards understanding industrial and institutional needs. I have managed to excel in my academics and shown determination even when I was expected to perform under stressful conditions.
My long-term goal is to advance the knowledge I will have gained in engineering in the bimolecular field to assist clients to help improve their status with a focus on those with chemical imbalance. Thus, I would deliberate that the opportunity to join the university comes at a time when I desire to build on my former glory. I trust that I have gained the needed experience to thrive in the field and be a productive member in future. I have been the best in since high school, and I look forward to using the platform offered by the institution to regain my true potential because I have the skills that are unique to warranting success in CBE.
