People write manifestos declaring what is important to them since they are constable sources of inspiration. In this paper, I will discuss my manifesto and what I regard, in my state of mind, to be the case and how they reflect on some of the experiences I have come across. In most cases, our beliefs define how we act within and see the world around us (Ballim and Yorick 12). They come very natural and usually make us human. Since they are categorised as either religious, political, social or economic beliefs, this paper will talk about a social belief that in most cases we find it surfacing in many individuals' minds.

In my way, I believe that people are catalysts and not barriers to their successes. I think with the right approach and networking with the right group of people there is a high chance of increasing their likelihood of success. This belief can be useful in the society because people can realise the potential others have in improving their own lives through networking.

One of my world experiences has to do with my hunger for success. Most people in our world today are craving to become successful; as a result, they find ideal possible ways in which they can succeed in life. Networking not only plays a vital role in success in today's life but also helps people find solutions to the problems they face on a daily basis. Since networking involves sharing information about certain important things, it creates awareness. For example, sharing information on a good medical cover or medical institution with others. Awareness created through networking on medical issues help promote a healthier society. More importantly, a healthier community encourages people to put more effort and energy in accomplishing their goals hence also contributing to the economy of the nations.

Without networking, I have experienced a life of struggle in trying to find ways of improving my life. I had a bad experience establishing a juice processing firm where it failed as I was unable to market the products alone. Afterwards, I changed my approach and sought advice from well-established individuals and things improved from there. It gave me a better understanding that while establishing a business, one requires people to work with to ensure the industry becomes a success rather than working alone.

Additionally, people also need to embrace teamwork. There is a variation of skills brought about by more people working together. Different individuals bring with them different skills of expertise (Truebridge 21). An institution that does not support teamwork lags behind and cannot compete in the world market. Hence, each individual becomes a catalyst to the success of another as well as to the organisation since when employees grow in the company regarding success, it means the company is not left behind.

No path is always smooth. There are ups and downs in every situation in our lives, and my belief is no exception. As much as I have tried to discuss the importance of what I feel to be one of my greatest ideology, there are some experiences I have faced that made me start to question my belief. As it says, rather than people being barriers to others' success, they are catalysts; there was a point where the business began to develop issues as it was on the verge of collapsing. I started questioning myself whether working with a larger group was the problem or not. But once we sat together as a team and came up with the best possible solution regarding the issue, everything went back to normal, and business, as usual, continued to grow.

Among the possible problems that we came across in our discussion was; unhealthy competition among members. Competition, as we all know, is necessary and healthy in our lives, but to our members, it was too much which was almost destroying our team of staff. It started to spread distrust among them not able to accomplish most of the tasks required in the business. It was dealt with since we exercised collaboration among ourselves and it eventually increased our team's effectiveness yet again. Self-centeredness was another issue that we came across, where individual members started caring only about themselves at the expense of others. It damaged almost the interest of others in the team. Luckily the solution for it was to encourage the group members to put aside their interests and focus on the goals and objectives of the business.
