This is a good research topic since currently, there exists a debate between the skeptics and proponents of emotional intelligence (EI) with reference to its contribution to the effectiveness of leadership within the organizational setting (Matthews, Zeidner " Roberts, 2007). A majority of the literature available has not aimed at exhaustively addressing all the existing leadership styles. With this information, you can then focus your research to the association that exists between the emotional intelligence and transformational leadership (TL) with the aid of available researches on the topic.

To achieve success, I agree with you that one needs to have belief in himself or herself and accept who they are; this will trickle down to successful relationships and self-happiness. To live a flourishing life, it is of importance that an individual must have self-esteem. Self-esteem will provide them with the belief that their abilities, with a strong motivation to take actions, will ultimately make them realize fulfillment as they face life (Anusic " Schimmack, 2016). Studies have shown that self-esteem is directly linked to an individual’s overall well-being (Anusic " Schimmack, 2016).

Yours is an interesting topic for the heroes in our society, and that little research has been done on it. The unemployment rates for veterans in our society exceeds that of non-veterans (Kleykamp, 2013). Executive coaching for veterans is essential since for several reasons they are not able to find jobs. Many veterans are disabled due to the nature of their tours. Veterans also lack the crucial civilian work experience that many employers look for and they might not readily see the direct relation to civilian jobs; this can be changed by a coach who will play an important role in training the veteran (Kleykamp, 2013).
