Being a passion and all-time dream, expanding my hobby of building model airplanes into a business has become a goal I would want to achieve. Expanding my hobby into a business is based on running a company that produces small, remote-controlled aircraft that are capable of handling long sustained flights across the world.
However, getting into the aircraft business means competing with other already existing multinational organizations like the Mitsubishi aircraft corporation that has been on the market for a very long time. Although by a corporation being in the market for a long time does not necessarily mean it is the best, but sill it has laid strong foundations compared to an upcoming corporation. Basically, such a fact should not be a discouraging factor since the federal government has its own ways of favouring my business, like any other upcoming business over large multinational aircraft. The federal government allows small upcoming business organizations to run smoothly by excusing from some of the regulations that multinational corporations have to comply with (Atkinson, 2014). My business also has another advantage over multinational aircraft when it comes to taxation and being awarded federal contracts (Toder, 2007). According to the article in Forbes magazine, Capital flows written on July 8, 2014, the federal government also went a step ahead to provide small business enterprises with their own agency (the small business administration ), which bring upcoming businesses like mine together and enabling them to grow.
For any business to run successfully, without mine being exempted, proper management is required from the people working at different administrative level working together with other employees. In addition to that, a business plan lays the foundation for any business and enables the smooth running of the business, with organization and management forming a major part of the business plan. The organization contains the legal structure of the aircraft corporation, led by different people with unique experiences who will see the corporation delivering the best services in the industry. Each post in the organizational structure plays an important role and the people in charge are therefore required to ensure whatever they are in charge of runs smoothly. The board of directors that comprises the majority of the shareholders in the aircraft are in charge of making the majority of the decisions on any matters that may arise. The chief executive officer, being myself as the founder of the aircraft, I have a big role in watching over every activity that the aircraft runs and ensuring the very best is delivered to the clients. On the other hand, the marketing manager I in charge of selling out the corporation‘s agenda to the world. He is required to use all the available means like the mainstream media and social media platforms to sell out the corporation’s name hence increasing on clients. The legal affairs manager looks to any matters arising from the company s junior employees and brings them to the table whereas the finance manager is in charge of all the aircrafts’ payment and general management of funds.
Basically, the corporation will work under the law by strictly keeping track n any contracts and renewing them on time as required by the law. In addition to that, quality is the main agenda of the aircraft.
