Job’s Scope
The finance manager would be managing a team of 9 employees including 2 supervisors and 2 junior accounts assistants.
Principal Accountabilities

Monitor the day to day operations of the company including payroll, invoicing and appropriate authorization and recording of transactions.

Oversee the employees in the finance department.

Assisting the external and internal auditors in conduct of their duties.

Liaison between bank, tax consultants, auditors and other authorities.

Evaluating company’s performance and identifying the areas that need improvement.

Minimizing the financial risks to the company.

Assisting the senior management in making appropriate decisions through providing them relevant information and reports.

Preparation of financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis in accordance with accounting standard and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field.
At least seven years of experience in a related field including, two years of managerial experience.
