I found a business gap in Tampa Bay, Florida. According to research, permanent makeup services are much lucrative than other businesses. Permanent makeups involve the application of cosmetic techniques that makes the dermis to be pigmented forever. The official name of my business is Village Green Ave which is located in Seminole, Tampa Bay.
To start with, my cosmetic makeup procedure will base on scar camouflage, scar revision, scar removal, and correcting the scar pigments. In these procedures, several colors are applied to the skin by a cosmetic professional to enhance pigment correction (Gordon et al. 1198). However, much time is taken while carrying out the art as the client is required to pay several visits to the salon. For that reason, I will also provide door to door services by use of a portable booth. Meaning that customers can request for services through a phone call and me as a manager will send one of my workers to attend to the customer.
My target market are public figures who need make ups on their daily basis, women with difficulties in applying makeups, and peoples with desires to remove wrinkles. The business will generate more money by being operated on a daily basis. I will also encourage other salon owners that we form a Sacco, which will boost us financially. Additionally, because the entrepreneur's impressive power determines any business success, I will make sure that my workers relate well with the customers, a culture that will bring me more customers (Scheuerle 420). In addition to making my salon fancy, I will utilize the skills I acquired through my three years' experience to provide best quality services that will make it unique from other salons.
Lastly, the cosmetic industry is a sensitive sector as poor handling of chemicals can harm the customers. Because of that, I will make sure that my employees are highly trained and certified to provide services. Implementation of all the above information will, in the long run, benefit me and I know that within no time, I will be opening more branches.
