Angelica Pickles
Angelica Pickles is an unkind, harsh and selfish kid. She is the eldest cousin to two siblings, Tommy and Dil Pickles. In most cases, Angelica is seen mistreating her cousins and others kids, as well as her friends. She displays the character of a person with low self-control. She frequently sees herself more superior than other kids.
Example of Egoism
For example, Angelica uses her friend Chuckie to clean her room, which is her duty to do it. When the dad tells her that she can get whatever she wants, Angelica quotes that, "he must be kidding". An egoistic person is one who is mean and self-centered, mostly concerned about their self-interests.
Characteristics of Egoistic Individuals
Usually, an individual feels more important in an exaggerated manner, which is opposed to self-esteem. In our society, most egocentric characters are viewed to be hard to understand and deal with. Egoism makes a person arrogantly and brutally treat other persons either of the same age or younger than them. An individual of this character is mean and selfish, in that, ends up mistreating others and never sharing their material things.
Angelica's Selfishness
Angelica is associated with a selfish personality. She constantly asks Chuckie to bring along his toys and crayons which she ends up not sharing with him. This is after Chuckie decides to do her a favor, after saving him from being knocked down by a four-wheel rider. In real sense, Angelica was preventing the candy from being crashed. We see Angelica having a narcissistic feeling towards her friends. This is a character of an egoistic person.
Sensitivity Towards Others
Lastly, egoistic characters are sensitive about other person needs about themselves. From Angelica's worst nightmare / The mega diaper babies we see her screaming to the mom that the new baby is mean, but occasionally, she is only concerned about herself and is only domineering over her small sister, which is specifically an egoistic person.
