The primary mode of evangelism in the world’s religions is mainly fulfilled through the establishment of worship places all over so that the words of God are transmitted to the other people in a most convincing way. In Christianity, it is believed that every word that told by Jesus is the manifestation of His Glory, and The Great Commission is an embodiment of that Glory, sanctified and demonstrated through the eleven disciples in Galilee. And these disciples, upon His command, delegated by the authority in heaven and on earth, traveled forth to nations beyond, to baptize in the names of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit1. During the passage of time, it has become an act of the divine command to the missionaries who are blessed to form local churches and church planting, using the principles of church multiplication. The Saturation Church Planting (SCP) is a mode of action, rather than a practical concept to revolutionize Christian evangelism in 2025 in a more productive way; not as a means of physical conversion but as a way of spiritual transformation. This essay is an attempt to find out whether the present modus operandi of SCP has the potential to satiate the essential vision to help the pastors, church leaders, and the church planters in developing an understanding of the necessity to fill their country with the God’s Glory, by institutionalizing congregation centers in the domicile of the unrepresented populations of the world.2
Looking into the evidential part of the Biblical authenticity and judging the divinity of the SCP mission, it can be found that it is validated through the verses of Ps106: 7-8, Isaiah 43:6-7, and ______________________________________________________________________________

several other canons, including Mt 28:19-20.3 The genuineness is also supported by Mt 16:18 and Eph 3:11, where Jesus said, “I will build my Church”, thereby affirming that planting the churches is a necessity to make the Lord’s Glory flourishing. This provision in the Bible, inter-alia, acts as a guiding principle for the Pastors, Church Leaders, and Church Planters for the multiplication of the churches through planting new congregations, far and wide. Unequivocally, the Bible talks of many things done by the God that are glorifying Him, which are revealed to people, as per the versions of Mk 16:15-18, Lk 24:46-49, and Jn 20:21.4 Therefore, the SCP’s objective to prepare the world for the year 2025, by making the saturation church planting successful, will become fruitful only if thousands of local churches planting teams could amass all of their resources to build up churches, instituting newer cross cultural missionaries and entities in the Islamic and Buddhist regions. And that will become essentially a vision come true, through the materializing evangelism based multiplication. The whole action could be compartmentalized in four pragmatic sequences, and accordingly, the first section is streamlined in such a way that it examines the Lord’s Glory, unveiling revelations about how the Great Commission is connected to Church Planting. The second section focuses on elaborating on the God’s vision, by translating the Goal of the church, the role of leadership, and the God’s vision to congruity. The categorized third part is meant for conceptualizing a feasible action for implementing the planting of the churches in their respective land, harmonizing all available resources. The last section is the displaying of examples to relate them to the next steps that are necessary for the fulfillment of the vision in their country.
The implementation of this four-part-action plan can transit into the functional state through developing several episodic achievements, such as Prayer Research, Training and Mentoring, Evangelism and Church Planting, Vision Casting, and Mobilization. Thus, the SCP Movement could attain the vision of Church Leadership, so that the canon Hab 2:14 that “The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”5 will turn to accomplishments. Then only, the tenet of Isa 43:6-7 that the purpose of God to Glorify Himself through His people will be displayed effectively. The God’s ultimate purpose of filling land and water and all the ethers of the world in the near future could be attained, thus, unambiguously. Canons of Nu: 14:21, Ps 108:5, and Hab 2:46 are pure revelations that exemplify the Will of God in its extreme serenity. The God’s Glory, by this way, shall get acknowledged across all the Earth, and by all Earth’s people in a more effective way as revealed by Ps 102:15 and Rev 15:4.7 The evangelism founded on these concrete and centered vision built by the SCP, is therefore the culmination of what is told in the canons, revelations, and the whole of the Bible that this would be the plan that is envisaged for the whole earth, making the hand stretched out over all the nations in the world.
Conclusion
On perceiving the vision and action of the Alliance, which is a sparkling network of churches and missionaries, it has become obvious that it is a revolutionizing approach for mobilizing the believers to fulfill the multiplication of local churches across Central and Eastern Europe and almost all parts of Russia and regions of the former USSR. The Alliance’s innovative strategy, namely Saturation Church Planting is an unparalleled evangelism based approach, complying the command and control of Biblical tenets to spread the word of God, through developing leadership qualities in Pastors, Church Leaders, and the Church Planters, so that local churches are established and understood in every unrepresented part of the world, where more worship saturation is needed. Their Saturation Church Planting program is systematic and farsighted and is in accordance with the God’s words and instructions that are revealed in the Bible. The program essentially accomplishes the manifestation of God’s Glory in Himself and all around.
