Racial Oppression


Racial oppression is a term based on competitors’ idea, which is an activity that was began by learners who had an aim of modifying traditional interactions regarding power and competition. A precise significance of these circumstances is depending on propensity. It is a mind-set created by individuals losing some important information, hence making their actions be an overview. When the above terms are directed to certain oppressed individuals, the outcome is a good or bad propensity. A person experiencing the same do not necessarily have an appealing character when suffering from some level of propensity.


Oppression and Power


Oppression, however, explains how power is used to ground a group of individuals in a given society. Advantages go to the superior individuals or individuals on the upper rank. (Rita & Bailey, 2007). The two developed four logic in the above term. The above group, i.e., oppressors have to be able to find out others and themselves.


Scenario 2: Jim


The primary Point in scenario two is prejudice. Jim, a white-colored student, seems disappointed when he is regarded to be a racist. Jim and his partner noticed the second group in the car park at late time without being able to find out the individuals of the car. Maybe the car individuals had no curiosity about Jim and his partner, but overall, it developed a cancellation for them. The framework of the question directed to the blacks who were in the car developed them an attitude of disappointment and took it to be a prejudice department of the school. Their exposure to the responsible authorities shows their genuine existence in the car park in those hours of the day.


Advice to the student


Jim should not feel disappointed because he understands the key objective why he asked them that question of them existing in the car park in in those hours without letting their identity be known. It was out of his fear of the unknown group in the car park keeping in mind that his girlfriend was accompanying him. It seemed impolite, and he should say sorry for the same. It will not cost him anything.


The best course of Action


The two groups should come to the table and talk about to a regular condition. Both should agree to comprehend each other’s viewpoint and try to ignore the prejudice knowledge of the issue.


Conclusion


Racism can cause having difficulties and mashes. For this objective, it should be disappointed at any cost and some party finish oppressed, a research to particular authorities is a suggested key to conduct. The second group that is the oppressed ones creates a harmful mind-set and idea but provide up being combined to the ways of the dictating group. Beauty, genocide and harassing outcomes despite both groups must perform their part normally in a given group (Rita, 2007)
