INTRODUCTION

The media in every part of the globe provides eminent ensamples of the prejudices and stratification in the current events. There is much relayed through the various media platform such as the newspapers, Facebook and even Twitter. Though people may be using these media platforms, it has not realized that they provide a better state of every nation. They thus indicate how the various things help from the core idea in the members of the nation.  These include; politics, celebrities and many more. However, people do not take time to deliberate upon them and thus unleashes the hidden agenda (prejudices) of the nation. Most people don’t like admitting their prejudices against any of the current issues. Despite the civil rights act, there still accrue incidence of stratification and prejudice. This act of forming an opinion being establishing the matter has greater effects on the state of the nation. The whole idea of the stratification and discrimination thus range from the political dimension to the social events in our day to day lives.

The social stratification as expressed in the social status is evident in the state as a current issue. The stratification is, to a greater extent determined by the one's occupation, status, and power. For instance, the billionaires such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffett belong to a high social class. However, many people belong to the working or rather the middle class. The low class is thus discriminated from the point of decision making, and their opinions are to the subject of vain. Together with social power, which is the ability to gather people to do what you want them to do. The people who make these politicians powerful are thus termed to have little power, and this sums the idea of power stratification. For instance during the campaigns the presidential candidate especially the one who wins is termed to have a lot of power over others. These individuals in the powerful position are then treated with a lot of dignity, respect, and priority as compared to the ordinary citizens.  Those living in poverty often face rejection from high class. Less consideration is given to their plea.

Dating from history, racial discrimination has been and is the order of the day in America. Though few people express the idea of none racism it is still eminent in the state. The racist's ideas thus affirmed on both the blacks and the whites, Robin explains that there could be a team of exclusive white employs in the working setup despite the qualifications presented.  However, Robin in his writing presents hope for the marginalized. He explains that amidst the real oppression of the poor there exist privileges in which a breakthrough can be attained by these individuals (Robin, 2006). Thus she understood the concept from the beginning, and therein she got an understanding of the racist's ideas.  Having been poor and white, she had a multidirectional idea and even wonder how the idea got into her with the classes that existed. Having retained the racial privilege with the whites amidst the state of poverty, she explains that poor individuals are the ones near "people of color" due to the shared state of well-being (Robin, 2006). The whites often have the belief that being white is better than being black. More often, it is described that the definition of proximity between the whites and the people of color in poverty. It tends to lay a common ground of existence to which they all implicate. However, it is the role of the whites to lay aside the conscience of racism to provide a common ground for the immigrants to be well suited within the society of America (Robin, 2006).  This core issue has brought a long-term challenge to the aliens and posing greater measures on the illegal immigration.

Though Americanization and the alienism took progress after 1965, it is explained with the origin of the 1965 act which furthered the racists' ideas. Although there existed a number that voted against the racist's ideas, the Congress took over and voted in support. John (1955) argued that the coalition, however, was blinded concerning this matter and did not respect the aspect of human rights. The white power on the social life overrode the reality. Though not expressed the idea rested on the conscience thus bringing about conscious awareness. The power thus was an immediate result of the social classes. However, the concept of racism need a critical concern among the whites as if they fail to acknowledge the fact, and it would not meet a breakthrough. It usually begins with the perception of individuals in various institutions, societies and even the political arenas (Ngai, 2004).   This perception has heightened the concept of racism but to surprise little has been done over time to curb the situations. The remedy begins with the acknowledgment of the whites since they hold it to a greater extent (Miho Iwata, Nemoto, 2018). They are to lay aside the conscience if discrimination in this aspect and learn to normalize a new path of equality in life.

Most individuals today tend to believe much is the male gender taking most of the leadership role. This is mostly experienced in the election times. For instance, in the last presidential election, the interviews conducted to some individuals indicated that many people would not wish to be led by the female gender rather than a male gender. This had a greater influence on the presidential election and summed as one of the reasons for lose in the election by Hillary Clinton. In every society, people still, have the gist of male gender being superior to the females. With this notion, few females have engaged in the research and science as compared to the males.

In conclusion, the blacks for a long time have been the subject of racism due to their poverty lives and color. Robin implicates in her writing what she went through being a poor girl and had to thrive as the people of the color. To her, it did not mean much to have whiteness perfectness. Having understood discrimination from the point of poverty, she eventually remarkably explain the whites infused racism aspect. It is only by the acknowledgment of the fact that the remedy can be endorsed properly (Robin, 2006). She also addresses the idea of sexuality and gender orientation. The women, however, were considered less intelligent and needed not to speak. However, in the cooperation with racism, class, and sexuality there present a better sentiment that would ensure that social justice is met in the various social locations. The immigration has never been bared, but due to the imposition of various immigration laws, the aliens are observed to be oppressed in a way. Ngai explains the concept of aliens and racism from the nationalist aspect. The progression remained a subject of the nation through the various acts within the constitution (Ngai, 2004).  Eventually, to a greater extent imposition of the universality depends on the acknowledgment of the white about the conscience of racism aspects.
