Among all groups, women are underserved in security organizations. The idea that women could perform intelligence and security-related tasks on par with their male peers might be met with anathema. Women's restrictions have a negative impact on their capacity and willingness to manage their responsibilities within the company. Such trends may also make it more difficult for the institution's integration procedures to be successful, which could lead to ineffective intelligence initiatives. The CIA urgently needs to expand the involvement, representation, and empowerment of women.
The Bible requires that women be given more power in society. Principally, it reinforces the immensity of women in the society as guides for the activities of man.
Jesus’ birth by Mary marked a new feature in the position of woman as it elevated her status.
Women in the Bible provided an Intrinsic part of God’s mission.
Women are Efficient
There is a similarity in the efficiency that is projected by the females compared with male efficiency (Durbin, 2015).
The majority of the women in the US support their families which is a reflection of their effectiveness as leaders.
Women comprise a significant portion of the professional world in other fields.
A Legal Requirement
The representation of women in the professional cycles provides is a legal demand.
CIA operates under the legal requirements that reinforce equal opportunities (Typist to Trailblazer, 2003).
One’s professionalism is not reflected by their sex.
Conclusion
Women are subject to several professional limitations in the CIA. There is need for the increased empowerment, engagement and promotion of women in the agency. The legal requirements in the US demand fair representation of the sexes in the workplace. Additionally, the bible reinforces the need for female empowerment. Lastly, women are just as efficient as their male counterparts.
