Philosophy

Philosophy is the study of the fundamental problems and generally activities pertaining to the existence of knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language. It's a rational and the methodological consideration of the realistic content which takes reality as a basic thing with its abstract nature. Its approach to the issues is more of distinguishable since its most reliable on rational arguments. Basing on Darion's microbrewery, funnily most of the ethnic conflicts and societal conflicts, they arise when people forge ahead and doing some good things and moving forward. It entails one perusing on his/her goals and aspirations they have been yearning so. It is going besides what others have done and have been doing them differently with basically different purposes. It is in most cases bringing out conflicts since they are of different intentions.

Resolution of Conflicts

The conflicts that may therefore arise is always resolved by the rise of a win-win solution in that they get a taste of what the conflict is all about. In the reviewed case study, Darion being an innovative businessman in the neighborhood tends to engage himself in establishing the microbrewery and is motivated by the creativity and the perfect nature he possesses. He was as much as not satisfied by the kind of beer served in bars and opted of creating and designing his skills In establishing his. To his fellow brewers who could take the beer in the pub, they view as okay and acceptable. Due to his perfectionist nature, his thoughts became clear and opted to start his brewery and truly he worked on it. Darion's primary values pushed him to that extent of being innovative with support from some initiatives. Its creativity attributed to him making the brewery industry in a way of giving back to the community.

Neighborhood Disapprovals

Having some neighborhood disapprovals, since he had an idea of employing the locals in the brewery industry tend to slide back due to the societal and neighborhood negative perspectives. He attributed the grassroots initiative to the whole community at large. Following Darion's desire on establishing the brewery industry, it had some sort of fame which may not have been mention in the case study. His desire for being recognized pushed over his decision makings and his behavioral approach to the society (Flack 40).Besides, he looked at the expenses, availability and rather perfect creation on making beer made him pursue the business. The social responsibility he started based on his core values made him emphasized on the locals and pushed it on as a business model. His noble actions and practices that he pursues held the family values he possessed and targeted on.

Reconciling Values

Can you articulate the solution that reconciles their values or them incompatible? If you can how can you persuade Darion and the community of the value of this solution?

The Value of Incompatibility

According to Darion context, the value of incompatible can be reconciled in the effect that Darion said will try to higher and train staff from the local communities so that they could create some job opportunities for the youths in the society and the neighborhood residents. (Schnell, Steven " Joseph 56).This effect of establishing breweries in the local community had some repercussions on the residents involved in the neighborhood thus it became a easy access for the residents leading to substance abuse. Breweries are processed thus the local community having fear of being removed from the place they always call their living home hence engaging in the protest against the involvement of alcohol in their community, the All gentrification process thus comprises by the residents. Darion in his mindset all process of establishing brewery in the community was in large proportion of benefiting the society at all, but the residents never agreed upon with Darion thus ending into signing of business lease with his lawyer because of not reaching a peak of compromise with the local community geared through the analysis of Aristotle's progression of ethics. In persuading Darion and the community about the value of this solution on the value of safety that the gentrification process of brewing will be in the safety of the local community and make aware of the community on the value of contentment on the certain product that will create more job opportunities to the youths thus the youth benefiting from the process. Engaging also on the moderation the substance if establish in the community what are the side effects involve, we correct this by training the locals on the dangers of the substance.

Alignment with Values

Does Darion's decision really follow the values that you have attributed to him? Does the community's argument really follow from the values that you have attributed to them? Why, or why not?

Darion's Decision

Darion decision follows the values that have been attributed in that Darion in the realization that the community compromise on the issue of the establishment of the brewing process he went on and sign some leases with this lawyer in accordance with Aristotle's progression of ethics thus following the value of justice. (Tremblay, Victor, Natsuko " Carol 310).Darion doesn't follow the value of the safety since the establishment of the brewing process in the local community would result in addiction on the substance thus indulging in addiction hindering the safety.

Community's Argument

Does the community argument follow the values, it follows on the value of safety by adverting on their safety from such process, it doesn't follow value since the society are quick to charge on the brewing that is contentment without regarding its benefits to the community.
