Type here: Vladimir Putin is seemingly a stubborn leader who does not embrace democracy feeling that he is always right and above everyone else’s suggestion regarding a particular issue. The panel where the issue about pen emanated justified his character as a dictator who is always “final”. For example, he told the leaders, “If you owners can’t come to an agreement, then this factory will be restated” ("vladmir give me back_my pen - Bing video"). His sentiments called for no debate but are rather implemented upon conclusion. The fact that he compelled the leaders of the factory to sign the agreement due to what he termed as ineffectiveness in leadership, and even threatening to restart the factory if they would not heed to his sentiments is a show of dictatorship.
The panel took a very short while due to the fact that no one was given a room for suggestion or criticism. The climax of that panel is when one of the factory leaders, oligarch Oleg Deripaska was forced by him to sign the form binding an agreement that the factory ought to be restarted. Deripaska signed and unfortunately, took his pen, either deliberately or by mistake forcing Putin to demand it back, “Give me back my pen!” he said with a trembling voice ("vladmir give me back_my pen - Bing video"). This is another justification of being mean since as a leader, just like many, would likely forget such an item considering its pettiness. Of course no one would steal a pen from such a stringent fellow!
