Some of the benefits of cycling
Some of the benefits of cycling include fun since it is fun, plain and simple, secondly, fitness that helps to burn the calories and varies according to the speed and topography, thirdly happiness, since most people would not like to identify with traffic or riding in crowded places. Cycling also helps people to feel their adventure, experience the freedom of the world as well as enjoy the natural environment where they can move around (Staff, n.p). Cycling improves the brain power since it is considered a daily exercise and helps to improve the cognitive decline as well as sharpen the memory which in turn improves the performance of the brain. The federal and state governments have improved the state of infrastructure in the nation, thus making it easy for the cyclers to navigate through various places they wish.
The sources for this study
The sources for this study involved a research that was carried out through interviewing the cyclers, the main challenges and the understanding of owning the bike. The research sought to establish the cycling brotherhood, identify the role of women in the cycling culture, construct the elements of self-identity as well as branding (Bendall, n.p). The study also shares the individual experiences of the various people who own bikes as well as the reaction of their families towards the venture of having bikes, thus making the study objective and reliable.

There are various studies which support the topic and share the experiences of the cyclers. They share the new skills which are invaluable when increasing the safety levels when cycling and ways of responding to the various situations which emerge when cycling (Kimberly n.p). Cycling is considered a form of exercise and should be embraced positively in the society since it helps people get into the art at the same time take precative measures.
