In the Planning of any event ranging from international to regional events, various factors must be well looked at for the event to be a success. To land into a better host for the event, the planner must link up with a local who primarily understands the language to negotiate on his behalf. A local may further help in landing into a cheaper host as he may be familiar with the local markets (Jones, 2017). The country to host the event should as well have policies which can easily be adhered to avoid inconveniences. Accessibility of the venue is also essential, and availability of flights in and out should not be limited.

Transportation by bus or train would also have been efficient to move the attendees of the conference into a nearby city where they would take immediate refuge as they plan on how to go on with their sales and marketing teachings.
Enforcing a Successful Resolution
In order to enforce a successful resolution plan, the evacuation must be a success because the people are the primary subjects' key for the conference. Evacuation would take place through road transport as flights were canceled. The planner would then call the company travel agency to book for another available hotel in a nearby city or town (Jones, 2017). Quick review of the new hotel and its environs to be sure of weather, cheaper services on decorations and facilities to be deployed would be efficient for a proper conference.
Importance of Local Knowledge and Guidance
The planner should have deployed locals as well as new associates to guide him regarding emergencies and any news that would negatively affect the conference to avoid Claremont experience from happening.
