The primary goal of the Guidance and Counseling club of the American school proposed program is to assist students in expressing their social and educational challenges through young people, counselor and also acknowledging a large base of talents, skills, and needs of the students. The guidance and counseling club holds the following targets (objectives) for career information and guidance (Murphy, 2017).
Out of 200 students in the school, our club will have a program that will allocate individuals to an assistant counselor, will also provide an educational assistant to each student and academic support guidance which will improve the level of knowledge of every student.
Guidance and counseling club will provide established programming and classroom assistance which focus on the social and emotional well-being of individuals and inspire students to make great choices in life
In our school, around 10 students are drug addicts and peer influence, guidance and counseling club provide useful resources to students and individuals who inquire the services of psychiatrist health professional and mental doctor to help in rehabilitating the affected students.
The guidance and counseling club employs a full-time contract administrator to assist the program in applying funds, implementing their plans and reporting the expenditures and outcomes (Hearne, et al., 2017).
Working with experienced counselors and parents, counseling methods utilized will be documented. Working with Guidance and counseling club of America, which assists 30- 180 students in making positive life choices and achieve goals.
The planned outcome of guidance and counseling club is to empower all individuals in reaching their full ability as constructive, kind and reliable citizens through counseling. Within one year, all students will have the clear vision and positive mind to develop in future.
