Tata motors
The business I would recommend in Maharashtra is a Tata motors company, Maharashtra state is considered as the most industrialized state in India. This fact makes it the perfect area to open a Tata motors company, being that the company will be based on technology and transportation. The state also has a good economy and per capita income, which will allow the Tata motors company to thrive. Another factor to put in consideration is the population and education level of the state; when a state is more populated, educated and has a good economy that means people can buy motors product.
A Tata moto’s supervisor in Maharashtra will need skills and attributes such as entrepreneurial skills, this will help the company when it comes to finding innovative ways of solving their problems. Secondly, the supervisor should be informed of the area, which will help in assembling the latest and more relevant information in the field (Motor industry). Lastly, the supervisor should be inclusive; this is necessary in Maharashtra due to diversity in the languages, religion and culture. The supervisor should be able to embrace such diversity in culture to help in serving the customers and employees.
To prepare for the task of supervision in Maharashtra should include learning a bit of Marathi, which is the most spoken language. The area has advantage of English speaking; this will act as a base of learning the Marathi language. Maharashtra has a large population of male to females, it will mean more of the customers and workers are males. Therefore, it will be important to know more of the males’ culture and their ways of doing things to help the business thrive, for instance, the types of motors they like and how they communicate in business.
