The information is made of the message which answers a particular type of question. The information that is provided has to be meaningful. While the information is being passed, there is the initiator and the receiver. The information has to fit to the context.
If an individual has information, he or she does not weigh more. This is because information has no weight and therefore having more information has an insignificant impact on the weight of a person. Information is something in our minds, and it cannot be expressed in the form of weight. Therefore, one having information cannot increase his or her weight.
Giving a transcript to a prospective employer is information while on the other hand giving it to a dog will never be information. This is because for what is presented to be information, it must be meaningful to the recipient. The prospective employers can intemperate what is in the transcript which is not possible for the dog. The dog will see the transcript as a piece of paper, and the prospective employer will see significant information on it.
Information is any form or entity that resolves some entity or gives an answer to a question of a specific type. It is therefore related to knowledge or data, as knowledge signifies understanding of abstract concepts or understanding of real things and on the other hand data represents values attributes to parameters.
The existence of industry known as information technology despite the difficulty in the definition of information is because technology has been the most effective mode of passing information. Technology has been the easiest, cheapest, safest, and a less time-consuming way to pass information (Sumner, 2016). Almost everyone in the world is currently using technology to pass information.
