The law should make vaccinations required.

Children must provide proof of immunization before enrolling in the public school system in the United States of America. The UK, on the other hand, does not have such a requirement (Cocchio et al. 3). The distinction makes it easier to compare the effects of vaccine safety and the success of vaccination campaigns, which raises immunization rates.
The MMR vaccine concern in the UK suggests a link between autism and the vaccine. As a result, the nation's vaccination rates drastically decreased. Conversely, vaccination rates in the United States continue to rise (Frey and Ana 138). Nevertheless, there are reported drops in the vaccination rates in given communities, which have resulted into the outbreaks of whooping cough, mumps, and measles.
Where the laws for the vaccine requirement are weak, a new trend of anti-vaccine culture has emerged that educates parents on how to engage in circumventing the requirements that depicts high resurgence of the diseases that are vaccine-preventable in populations that are not vaccinated (Stampi 43). Hence, United Kingdom is now engaging on measures and strategies, which are aimed at making the vaccination compulsory.
Laws have to be made, which ensures that the vaccination of the population is compulsory. Such is because individuals will skip these measures when there are no stringent rules and regulations for all people to undergo the process of fascination. Compulsory laws helps in curbing the diseases, which are prevented through vaccinations from spreading in communities.
Human beings are not rational (Sakou et al. 1420). The strategy of the compulsory vaccination laws will assist in changing the behavior of people. Individuals will receive basic education on the essence of the vaccinations and their contributions in achieving the well-being of all community members. The compulsory laws will assist in dispelling myths and associated believes. The vaccines help in protecting the spread of diseases and saving lives. Further, they work since they help in ensuring that children remain healthy.
Compulsory laws also help in ensuring that vaccines are safe. Therefore, the Food and Drug Administration focuses on testing the vaccines to ensure that they are acceptable in the community. People need the vaccines. (Stampi 44) Across the world, there are several vaccine-preventable diseases. Such diseases are transported as people move from one location another. Therefore, the laws will help in curbing the spread of these diseases from one country to another.
The decisions on vaccination affects the mothers and their children, as well as the entire community. Therefore, such decisions cannot be regarded as individual since they can harm the entire society. The government in conjunction with public health professionals should allocate adequate resources in addressing the issue of vaccination (Frey and Ana 138). Hence, compulsory laws have to be formulated and implemented by the government. The aim is to ensure that the entire community is protected against the bad myth and notion of the negative impact of vaccination in society.
The government has the moral and ethical role of ensuring the safety and health of all people in society. Therefore, it can only achieve through this through the adoption of the immune population measures and strategies. Universal vaccination is vital in health care and should be enhanced through intensive and routine vaccination programs conducted in the health clinics and public facilities (Sakou et al. 1420). Thus, all individuals should undergo vaccination at the recommended age by the medical practitioners.
Globally, there should be legal requirements for the vaccination of all people, except in the cases where there is a sign of medical contraindications. Nevertheless, the exclusions should be provided by health care provider or a physician. A consumer advocate or parent should not engage in providing an opinion, which aims at preventing a child from being vaccinated in the community. Such opinions serve the purposes of misinforming and confusing caregivers, which leads to fatal implications being experienced by the children. In the past, measles, as well as other communicable diseases that were eradicated in the past are now popping up and subjecting the life of individuals in danger (Frey and Ana 138). All this is occurring because there are no compulsory laws on vaccination, which will compel all the people to receive vaccinations, related to any form of disease that the government thinks it is a significant threat to life.
The top priority of the government should be the safety and health of the children. For children who do not receive the vaccinations, there are in danger of contracting and spreading such preventable diseases, especially the people that do not receive the vaccinations who include pregnant women, infants, and individuals that have immune systems that are compromised. Mandatory laws should be introduced by the government to address these issues and ensure that there is safety and well-being of all social members in the community.
Sometimes, parents tend to fail to adhere to the established schedules of the vaccines. The government should have rules and regulations, which help in tracking such parents who are subjecting the life of their children in danger by failing to adhere to the standard procedures of vaccination (Özsunay 357). Good governance and leadership should embark on community education and sensitization of the essence of vaccination to ensure that there is effective curbing of the communicable diseases. Such should also be applied in communities where there is a clear indication of religious objection to medical care. There is freedom to religion in society, but the practices should not be considered as an excuse for individuals not to obtain medical care. Failure to follow medical practices will result into having a society that is sick with ailments, which cannot be cured easily in society. The only excuse for the vaccination should be the cases of immune suppression in an individual.
On the other hand, critics argue that compulsory laws on vaccination act on the basis of denying parents their right to make decisions, which are related to the health of their children (Danby 93). Hence, the government should not get involved in any measures, which are focused on vaccination since it denies parents a chance to bring-up their children according to their desires. There are claims of negative outcomes from the vaccination procedures, which include mental disorders. As such, critics argue that the state does not own children, but the parents. Hence, the issue of vaccination is linked to the freedom of ownership of children in society.
A section of social members also indicate that all the viruses that people get vaccination as a way of preventing them from causing diseases can be treated naturally. Thus, the vaccines tend to induce chemicals in the body, which could trigger the development of new ailments. The claim is based on the fact that not all people contract the diseases under which the vaccines are administered (Ferguson 6). Furthermore, there is no proof of how the vaccines are effective. Consequently, the public policy related to the mandatory vaccines is always questioned in the medical professional. The approval process of the vaccines is characterized of incomplete or flawed clinical trials where the officials of the government tend to ignore all forms of the negative results. Therefore, the administration of the mandatory vaccines tends to violate the ethics in medical field of informed consent.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the vaccines are essential to people since they help in protecting and preventing them from contracting the diseases, which are spread from one location to another. Thus, laws should be established to ensure that all the people are vaccinated. The vaccines are vital for the entire community not only the country. In spite of the critics arguments against vaccines, compulsory laws should be made for the vaccination of all the community members in order to ensure that the security of safety of people is enhanced in terms of health.
The government should result into measures of making the vaccination compulsory and introducing punitive sanctions, which are directed towards the individuals that fail to subject their children to vaccines. Further, the vaccination process should be open to all the people. Such includes have a public campaign aimed at educating people of the procedure and purpose of vaccination in society. All these measures should be conducted and run concurrently by the government of the day to ensure that there are no families, which skip the vaccination measures.
