Role of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)

My commitment to service delivery allows is relevant to the demands of the agency. Additionally, I will be tasked with the responsibility of diagnosing the patients (Healthwise Home Health Care, Inc., 2017). Still, I am expected to facilitate the transmission of information from the physician to the patient. Lastly, I will provide counsel and emotional support to the subject patient and their families during the intervention (Crookes, 2009). The compensation offered to RNs and LVN’s in the institution are very competitive and at par with the national average. Some of the compensation initiatives that are offered to RNs include paid holidays and paid time off. This compensation is guaranteed once the involved individual has surpassed thee probationary period.
