An instructional policy
An instructional policy is a planned approach to make teaching and learning as successful as possible. The sort of subject to be learned, teacher-to-student ratios, and the essence of coursework, i.e. whether actual or theoretical, all influence strategies (Miraglia, Robbin & Marilyn, 2015).
Health education
Health education is primarily concerned with teaching people about various aspects of health, including physical health, occupational health, intellectual health, cognitive health, social health, and spiritual health. My thesis will focus on developing an educational plan for a health care learning environment, especially nursing. My work will focus on learner's needs, learning objectives, instructional methods necessary to meet the learning objectives, educator skills and background required to be absorbed, educational setting and the resources required to make the educational strategy at Medihealth education facility practical.
Medihealth Educational Strategy
Education and training in the health sector are important and proves more effective each dawn in the context of the rise in chronic diseases, population aging, increasing consumer involvement, and concerns about patient safety. This assorted framework is further challenged by technological developments, changing models of care and an emphasis on translating research and evidence into healthcare (Miraglia, Robbin & Marilyn, 2015).
Medihealth in an effort to improve health service delivery
Medihealth in an effort to improve health service delivery has opted to start a healthcare educational facility that will look at absorbing capable students within the region to enroll in health classes and in the end help in providing healthcare service whose need continues to grow over time. Medihealth educational facility will absorb the first 50 students who attain the GPA of 2.4 and above and enroll them in nursing classes.
Learner Needs
The Right Scrubs. All students enrolled in the institution will be required to adhere to the Institute dressing code including clothing with extra large pockets for carrying around pens and notebooks.
Badge Clips. Badge clips will be necessary to prove that you are a student at the Institute without question and will also be necessary to access some of the restricted areas in the Institute locality.
Notecards. Notecards are necessary for nursing school as a lot of questions will be asked, a notecard or quizlet will be effective in helping one remember the key points of the days learning.
Stethoscope. A good stethoscope is necessary and integral for a nursing student as it will be used on a majority of illness diagnosis where you have to measure the rate of heartbeat in trying to determine the kind of illness ailing a patient.
Trauma Shears. Trauma shears are necessary as they will be used in opening child-adult proof medication packets. Without shears, one will waste a lot of time in trying to open the medicine by any other means.
Nursing Clip Board. A nursing clip board is used to handle the ton of paperwork involved in nursing which will include patient notes which should be kept safe and confidential. The clip board helps you in adhering to that.

Learning objectives of Medihealth include the objective to nurture a comprehensive professional knowledge incorporating current research to improve health care service delivery in all nursing roles and produce competent nurses who can incorporate scientific research principles in healthcare delivery.
Dedicated Nursing Professionals
Medihealth educational seeks to produce nurses with a culture of advancing professional health excellence through lifelong learning in the health care field. Our nurses will be able to integrate and comprehend nursing standards of excellence within the field
Leaders Ready to Assume leadership Roles
Our nurses will be impacted management skills in order to get them ready for whatever posts they will be required to take in the healthcare field. Cognizant knowledge on interprofessional health care roles will be part of their studies.
Instructional Methods to Meet Learning Objectives
Rules and Regulations
All students enrolled at our educational institute will be required to adhere to all the rules and regulations, and whoever will be found to go against the set rules i.e. missing classes will face penalties which will include possible termination from the school, this is an aim to see that disciplined nurses are nurtured. Discipline remains an important aspect of nursing (Ahern, Susannah, Reid, Smith & Mith, 2017).
Passion Interviews
Previous statistics have proved that people tend to excel in areas they have a passion for, for this reason, in trying to minimize the number of students who might end up failing, interviews based on nursing interests will be conducted to students who apply to join the college. All this in an aim to achieve our objective of producing exceptional nurses with a multiset of skills in healthcare (Ahern, Susannah, Reid, Smith & Mith, 2017).
Educator Skills and Background Required
Medihealth will seek to recruit the best educators, anyone with a bachelor in any medical field whose skills will be effective in mentoring and teaching our nursing students will be considered. Excellent nursing educators to be considered should possess strong leadership and communication skills with theoretical and clinical knowledge.
Education Setting
Nursing education will consist of both practical and theoretical training with the purpose of preparing our nurses for their duties as nursing professions. Education will be provided by vetted educators who have proved competent in impacting the necessary skills into our student nurses. All those students who attain the necessary grades and graduate will be awarded an associate degree certificate in nursing (Sarah, 2014).
Resources and Estimated Costs
Medihealth is fortunate to have an adequate budget to support student staff, career staff and operational needs. We will aim at optimizing our resource utilization to ensure support for key initiatives and promote excellence across Medihealth. Enhance our financial capabilities to support rapid growth in the scale, scope, and excellence on our educational, research, and clinical programs. In funding, we will reach to aid organizations to help in developing our educational facility. The estimated cost is found to be two million dollars for the basics.
Content Outline
Content outlines for Medihealth nursing facility will have exams at the end of every unit for assessment on whether they clearly understood the concepts for it is necessary due to the sensitive nature of medicine courses.
Presentation Delivery
In Marketing our educational facility, we will use radio and television media to reach an enormous number of people in calling for applicants. Impacts of the advertising media will be known from interviews with students who apply as they will be asked on how they got to know about the school. If the students state that they got to know about the school through the advertising media chosen, it will prove a success.
