This leads to the idea of the international service. It assists the company in reducing the cost of production. The idea of using China for the production has created problems for the company. One of this challenge is on the mistreatment of the workers in China. The attributes associated with the concept of strategic leadership include, efficient use of power, integrative thinking and the idea of overcoming barriers to the company. These aspects are essential in the process of resulting in the development of the company and in so doing enable the company to succeed in its industry. Apple leadership has had major turmoils since the times of Steve Jobs. The transition to Tim Cook have resulted in significant challenges and swayed in the company. Comparing the leadership of cook with that of Steve, cook lacks the power that was held by Steve in the enterprise. This also limits the capabilities and contribution of the leader in the success of the business. One of these differences is noted in the idea of integrating thinking. The company has had no major release of a product since the time of Steve Jobs. This makes the idea of innovation in leadership as held in the concept of integrative thinking to be affected primarily by the company and in that aspect, limit the growth of the company in both reach and market share. On the idea of overcoming barriers, however, the company has had significant excel on this. It can address each change it undergoes and comes out high; this is thought eh idea of a culture of the enterprise that enables the company to hold firm in the market and the industry it is situated in.
