The work in chat is becoming more and more intense as you all noticed. Therefore, employees who willingly put more efforts into working with chat tasks and also show the best result will henceforth get a pleasant surprise.
Among the sales and support department, allocation of two candidates would be done on the following criteria by the end of each month. And these criteria are:
While the percentage of Rebukes does not exceed 4.5% of the total number of chats, the employee who processed the largest number of chats per month is eligible.
The employee with the highest number of Rewards and this calculated as a percentage of the total number of chats per each month. Note that the number of processed chats every month must be not less than 200.
