Projected Future Business Needs

In order to compete successfully in the future, modern businesses must strengthen their capacities. They therefore require procedures and resources that guarantee sustainability. Three key themes are developed in this research using content analysis of the process-related literature that is already out there and a systematic examination of anticipated business needs. The findings indicate that the first theme deals with the use of technology in company operations and processes. This theme also covers models, systems, and creative efforts that come within operations and procedures. The nature of future human resources in terms of talents, aptitudes, and training is covered in the second topic. Finally, the third theme emerges on organizational culture changes that cut across adaptability, cross-cultural competency, and heightened accountability. Capacity to alter the perception of a product, a service, or the customers can be the required positive turning point for business in increasing its market share and revenues into the future. Also, modern approach to leadership and management in organizations need that employee empowerment become the primary method towards improving the individual abilities. Therefore, cross-cultural diversity, specialized and multiple skills, and technological innovations lead to improving results that every new business must adopt moving into the future.

Process or Projected Future Business Needs
Introduction
Modern volatile business environment calls for ever flexible internal systems and resource availability to cope with the fast-changing politics, technology, human resources, and operation procedures. Indeed, every business must keep aware of the factors affecting its markets or industry to ascertain profitability and sustainability in a venture (Corken & Parks, 2013). This process is flexible as every business follows the own procedure of acknowledging and planning for internal needs. Nevertheless, companies that are unable to predict and plan for the future often collapse due to inability to cope with the emerging trends in their market or industries. They may realize too late that they cannot afford the needed resources or internal processes that help overcome the modern business challenges. The needs come in the form of resources, such as the technical personnel skills, technological leverages, and organizational culture among others (Amit & Massa, 2011; Corken & Parks, 2013). Therefore, this paper explores projected future business needs required to ensure sustainability and profitability of the new ventures by use of content analysis method under the qualitative study design.
Analysis
Technology, Business Models and Systems, and Innovation
Modern business must adopt the new technologies that improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Not only is computerization increasing the volumes of transactions per given time but also enhancing the market intelligence for accurate prospecting of future trends (Amit & Massa, 2011). For instance, business operational models that facilitate speedy processing of orders, fast dispatch of outgoing goods, and proper inventory control. Today and moving into the future, computer components that involve software and hardware increasingly improve the manner that businesses carry out their dealings. In fact, technology is one of the main avenues through which business can innovate to improve system proficiencies for best results (Amit & Massa, 2011). Therefore, automation of operations and materials handling remain dire needs in the new ventures that aim at establishing proper sustainability.
A particular part of the technology that can increasingly innovate the way businesses operate is the business intelligence systems. This excellent operational tool not only improves the volumes of transactions handled per given time but also enhances the accuracy of management decisions making (Amit & Massa, 2011; Davies, Fidler & Gorbis, 2011). Also, the business intelligence system leads to accurate predictions of the future industry or market trends. As a result, a company can avoid too risky ventures while engaging only in the most profitable alternative. Business intelligence, therefore, comes handy in determining the survival or sustainability thereby making it one of the most necessary resources in a venture.

Modern communication is another aspect of technology and innovations that nay new businesses must consider moving into the future. The main issue of concern is the ability to remain competitive in the modern world of several new means of communication using the internet and allied tools (Davies et al., 2011). Every business, therefore, needs to adopt smart ways of communicating to its audience such as the consumer in a manner that reach them between than the mass media advertisements. For instance, Facebook.com and Twitter provide marketing tools for businesses and filter audiences to suit the businesses needs. When the content, target audience and method of delivery are well positioned, these modern means of communication improves the coordination of business activities tremendously.
Technology also enables virtual work teams that improve the operational efficiency of doing things. Hence, every business needs to outsource its services from any part of the world to remain competitive. Therefore, the need to improve the interconnectivity through the practical means such as the video conferencing and electronic mailing systems will increase (Amit & Massa, 2011). As a result, the ability to coordinate operational activities will enhance organizational performance. In fact, virtual technologies enable offering services to wider consumers' bases than the localized manual or face-to-face interactions (Davies et al., 2011). For instance, new institutions of higher learning have online and distance learning that improves their market share by regions. In other cases, collaboration, coordination, and supervision of work overseas are possible due to the existence of virtual technology.

Human Resources' Skills, Abilities, and Training
Within the human resources, modern businesses require having improved expertise to compete properly into the future. These experts need to have multiple pieces of training and skills that enable them to handle myriad of job challenges (Davies et al., 2011). This way, every employee can make the right decisions that add value to the business. However, it is useless to have empowered employees who lack adequate training and elaborate skills to accurately achieve the expectations of those who delegate duties to them (Corken & Parks, 2013). In every field such as accounting and finance, marketing, engineering, and medical services provision among others, the need for various qualifications that cut across business and leadership skills matter.

The right personnel for modern businesses that need to succeed into the future also involves those with the right mindset. A mindset that does not believe in impossibility but dwells in the ability to overcome all the obstacles that bar one from succeeding is necessary (Davies et al., 2011). Therefore, top leadership in the many successful organizations has always been not only optimistic but articulate to reach their goals. Today, businesses require all their personnel from the high-level manager to the least powerful subordinates, to own the ability to articulate issues need offer solutions to current and future challenges (Corken & Parks, 2013). Otherwise, the push leadership system that dominated the previous decades will continue to derail the efforts of a business to stand out regarding ideas, innovations, and implementation capabilities.

Another factor that determines the success of modern business into the future is the need for personnel with cognitive abilities to positively influence business practices. For instance, only intelligent people can overcome business challenges even through the training and skills acquired from the formal training are equal with the non-performers (Corken & Parks, 2013). As companies move into the future, therefore, they need to dwell on the intellectual abilities of their personal rather than only inquire about the academic and expertise qualification (Davies et al., 2011). Otherwise, the majority of average persons who luckily excel into the top management positions due to other factors such as favoritism that involves nepotism or corruption may derail the efforts to improve current businesses adequately.

Organizational Culture Changes
After the technology and the human resources needs, modern businesses must also have to adopt the right organizational culture that facilitates changes that steer it to a successful future. One of the most vital areas of corporate culture is the flexibility to conform to future trends that determine positive outcomes for a venture (Davies et al., 2011). Therefore, every stakeholder in an organization must only engage in activities that promote a positive image of a company or work towards improving its health. This result requires great thinking among the employees and the other stakeholders in an organization, as Corken and Parks (2013) explain, so that the new ideas that contribute effectively to operational improvement emerge.
Then, modern businesses need to ensure that they abide by the growing requirements for cross-cultural inclusivity as a way of improving functional abilities towards globalization. Through research, current businesses establish that diverse workplaces lead to better-improved outcomes compared to workforces dominated by a single majority regarding ethnicity, age, or gender, profession, or skills (Corken & Parks, 2013). Research also views workplace diversity as the means of leading a global institution that can source for services, products, and ideas from all over the world (Davies et al., 2011). In fact, localized businesses that never observe the cross-cultural diversity collapse as the multinationals with a global presence and enhanced cultural diversity thrive.

Lastly, modern businesses must adopt processes and procedures that ensure strict accountability. The issue of the previous and current times such as pollution, irresponsible use of resources, forced labor, child labor, and other forms of unethical activities must be abolished to succeed. Modern businesses, therefore, need to abide by strict ethical rules that govern integrity, fairness, justice, and equitable distribution of resources (Davies et al., 2011). For instance, activities that expand the sense of accountability such as the corporate social responsibilities must feature in the top priorities of a business that needs to succeed into the future (Corken & Parks, 2013). Also, the codes of conduct of every stakeholder of an organization must match the image and practice that express real consideration of honesty, integrity, and responsibility.

Conclusion
Ultimately, the processes and projected needs of modern business to succeed moving into the future encompass technology and innovations, human resources improvements, and a positive change in the organizational culture. Within the technology are some issues to consider. These factors are systems automation through increased computerization regarding hardware and software components, and sound business intelligence systems. The other aspects involve new media and effective communication towards flawless coordination of activities as well as useful virtual tools for collaborations and coordination of operational activities. Then, human resources include skills, mindset and cognitive abilities beyond current capacities. It involves multidisciplinary and complex expertise, innovative mindset, and improved cognitive abilities that match advanced skills training to impact business practices. Lastly, organizational culture helps bridge the workplace diversity gap for best results. Specifically, these include adaptive and noble thinking that includes flexibility and ability to adopt positive changes fast and accurately. Also, cross-cultural competency-towards globalization, inclusiveness, and workplace diversity matter. Moreover, proficient accountability and ethical soundness such as the use of proper codes of conduct, observation of integrity, and undertaking of solid corporate social responsibility leads to business sustainability.
