SJ Media claims that its workers must remain highly active and profitable to continue to make money. This is why the management and staff addressed the results after a decline.
We tackled some of the problems in our last meeting that stopped the organization from replicating past success. Since the latest machine and software were launched, productivity decreased as the majority were unable to execute the new business tools in an acceptable way. As a result, a training program that involves all employees was ratified at the meeting. In relation to the employee training program, the following was approved:
Skill-based training should be mandatory for all staff.
Use of expert trainer or skilled employee to train team members whenever possible.
Making training a part of every team member orientation going forward.
Creating staff and customer feedback system to rate the effectiveness of the training.
The purpose of this initiative is to ensure that each staff member has the right skills to enable them to utilize the new business tools and make work a lot easier.
