My concern with the topic of organic foods has been a serious concern in all facets of my responsibilities as a professional and well-known specialist in the field of environmental nutrition. This subject has been sizzlingly hot, and its importance is no little matter. Living up to the standards of organic food in the growth of our lives and families has proven difficult.

Dietetic technicians and practitioners are increasingly being used in the field of nutrition. The primary cause is the threat that fake and genetically engineered food ingredients that are flooding the market pose to organic foods. The debate conjured by the ideology of organic foods have decorated the corridors of negotiations and research for many years and the trend seems perpetual and interminable (Winter, Carl & Davis.). In fact, the complexity of the issue is taking a dangerous twist of perception, hence the magnified intensity of the issue.The Thriving Industry of Organic Foods
Organic Foods is a predominantly thriving industry which keeps aside the technology of antibiotics and GMOs (Fortin, David & Renton.). It has been a challenge for the current and youth generation to walk at pace with this natural way of providing nutrition and bodybuilding. Organic food substances and drinks have received a remarkable pull back from the preceding startling levels of growth in the past decade or so. It has taken a notable niche space in the mainstream of food supply chains both at bulky terms and retail levels. Nevertheless, health and proper bodily development is a huge domain which is yet to hit a full capacity of change in the food industry. Clobbering this gap will call for a resilient strategy to lure consumers to a more natural approach of feeding and nutrition (Fortin, David & Renton.).The Challenge of Insufficiency of Raw Materials
According to (Karel's Nutrition Blog), the world of food consumption and nutrition is approaching a frightening limit as far as the future and consistency of human health is concerned. It is becoming a global challenge to address, and it is time for everybody, young or old, rich or poor, employed or unemployed, to take full responsibility to overturn the current status. One of the senior challenges facing the organic sector of food production is the insufficiency of raw materials necessary for the production process. Without a reliable and steady chain of supply of the basics, farmers are disadvantaged, and enough products become an unachievable target for making their investments viable (Karel's Nutrition Blog).The Process of Organic Food Production
The process of organic food production is governed by a special set of standards. One of the main standards is the prohibition of ionizing radiation, genetic engineering, and sewage sludge. Secondly, the crop nutrients and soil fertility are purely managed through cultivation practices, tillage, cover crops, and rotations mechanisms. Supplements come from crop and animal waste products. Mechanical, physical, and biological controls are systems which are heavily employed to serve the management practices and demands like weeds, crop pests, and disease control (Karel's Nutrition Blog).Conclusion
In conclusion, the topic of organic foods is one of the social, economic and health strategic goals which are far from achievement and sustainability. Let us all work hand in hand as stakeholders of changing this eminent sector in our lives.
