Direct Marketing Opportunities- Utilizing Digital Platforms

One of the most important lessons learned from the readings is that businesses can directly contact their existing client base or potential customers through the internet. Organizations had to rely on one-way communication channels like print and television before the internet became widely used. The lengthy period spent assisting the advertising agency in understanding the company before communicating about it to the target market resulted in costs and inefficiencies when the task of reaching out to customers was delegated to another entity.
I'll get the ability to combine several disciplines into one through digital marketing. Rapp mentions in our textbook that businesses can maximize client engagements by using a variety of platforms. As an employee, my focus will be on the impact of digital marketing on the emotions of the consumers and other key stakeholders. I will utilize these platforms to ensure that these individuals are emotionally attached to the organization. Direct customer engagement offers an opportunity for business organizations to actively involve the customer in daily operations. This goes a long way in ensuring that the goods and services respond to the needs of the market. The customer feels indebted to the organization and thus becomes loyal by obtaining the products that have been developed with their ideas.

One of the people highlighted in our textbook, Tim Suther, notes that intersection of direct marketing practices and the internet brings all important stakeholders on board. God allows an idea to prosper where there is equity and all people have an opportunity to develop. Therefore, my intention will be ensuring that all the stakeholders are involved in making important decisions that impact the progress of the organization.
