What is the desired result? (who, what, when, why, how)
My dream of seeing young children learn new things has come true. Since I want to be a teacher, I enjoy learning about early childhood growth. This is because I am taught how to deal with children, how to teach them, how to make them happy, and how to relate to them. As a result, I hope to finish my degree in early childhood development in 2019 and realize my ambition.

How do you say if you're making progress? Achieving my goal of completing my degree on early childhood development will be marked by completing all the units and achieving the minimum passing mark.
To measure the progress of achieving my goal, will depend on the grades I get in the exams that will be added up to determine the final grade during my graduation. Achievable

What resources are necessary?
How does the environment impact goal achievement?
Does the goal require the right amount of effort? In order to achieve my goal, there are two skills that are required, these skills are: special education skills and good classroom management skills.
My ultimate goal is to become a teacher; there are enough resources in place to assist me to achieve special education skills and good classroom management skills which will assist me to be successful.
School and my personal relationship with children will greatly assist me to achieve my ultimate goal of becoming a teacher after I finish my early childhood development degree.
Being a teacher requires maximum effort and passion in learning. This will assist me to get the special education skills and good classroom management skills.
